Hi people. During this 5 year visa, do I ever have to show any documents, such as bank statements, contracts and such to re-enter the country again? OR when Its approved I only need to show the documentation that I have the approved visa?

I'm on a non O-A multiple entry 1 year visa. I have my first 90 day report approaching. I plan to take a foreign trip just before that date...and return after the current reporting date. I know it then resets my reporting date for another 90 days. My specific question is do I need to leave and return prior to my current 90 reporting date or as long as I depart Thailand prior to the reporting date, all is fine (in terms of not reporting and re-starting the 90 day countdown).
