Print out your DTV and be certain to complete the TDAC at some in the 3 days before you arrive. Those two things and your passport should be all you need.

Yes, paper statements are much preferred. Three months of consistent balance. Some embassies, I believe in Vietnam have asked for six months. Best try to get photos of paper documents for happy processing.
