We just arrived in Thailand with our DTV. We are planning to move around the first few months in Thailand. Do we have to request a TM30 for every place that we're staying. Or just the last one when we are ready to file the 90 day report?
Answer summary
When staying in Thailand with a D Visa, you are legally required to submit a TM30 form for every place where you spend more than 24 hours. However, if you're staying in hotels, this is typically handled by the hotel during check-in or in bulk using a photocopy of your passport. Therefore, the last TM30 submission before your 90-day report is the critical one.

Legally speaking, if you are spending more than 24 hours in a location then they’re obligated to submit a TM.30 notification immigration that you’re staying there. If you’re staying in hotels, this is typically done at check in or they just do them in a batch using the photocopy of your passport.
