With the DTV it's a multiple entry visa that allows you to stay up to 180 days each entry. Does that mean that you can leave and re enter and essentially stay the whole year and so on and so on?

Hi there, when applying for a Non Immigrant O visa from outside of Thailand, on the basis Spouse of a Thai national, where it asks for ‘Financial Evidence’ can I use our joint account at the Krungsri bank in Bangkok?

Or, has the ‘Financial Evidence’ got to be in my own name from a bank in Thailand?

1. Is there an official date until its being offered?

Some years ago I was on an extension of stay based on employment then at the IO's advice I changed the reason based on married to Thai man. My husband passed away suddenly last week. Can I revert back to extension of stay reason based on employment? I asked immigration today but he was a bit cautious and just said "let's check documents first from my employer".
