TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the eligibility criteria for obtaining a retirement visa in Thailand. The user inquires about their situation where they have 400,000 baht in savings and an annual income of 650,000 baht, noting difficulties with embassy income verification. Responses indicate that the standard requirement is to have 800,000 baht in a Thai bank for at least two months to qualify for the visa extension. Suggestions include seeking embassy verification of income, the possibility of using a combination of savings and income after the first year, and the importance of complying with immigration regulations.
