Hello.

We are going to Bangkok for surgery for my third child. Getting Thai visas for the children is complicated as we live in Mexico and the kids were born in Thailand and a different country in Latin America, and currently the kids born in Thailand do not have residency here.

I know adults need visas, no problem there, but do the kids (the oldest is 6) need visas?

I have heard that children under 14 are not fined for overstay, but will receive "overstay" stickers in their passport that will complicate coming back.

Thank you for your time.

Hi there !

I’m trying to find out if it’s possible to change a 30 day stamp ( which I recieved in ranong via visa run to Myanmar) into a Non-B visa at Bangkok immigration . I have all the documents needed , just want to find out if I can do so without having to leave the country .

Thanks in advance

My question is for Bulgarians. For Bulgarian citizens, what are the options to get a Thai residency. 1 year, 5 year, 10 year , 20 year? And what if you are over 50 years old?

Thailand seems to have relegated it to visa on arrival.

Hallo everybody,

I was/am here in Thailand on a non O retirement extension valid until June 2023.

The thing is, I have been away to the Netherlands for 3 months because of family circumstances……

Of course I had a re entry permit , so to come back to TH was no problem ( I came back September 27 ), and now after a visit to my Thai family , I came back to Samui, which is basically my residence in TH.

The question is in short…

Do I need to report myself with the immigration here that I was out and back in..?

Does my landlord have to state I am back at the old adres..?

Thanks in advance for your advice..

With regards

Rob
