Sorry to trouble you but on the list i was given here of documents needed for my non O multi entry you said my wifes thai house book listing. Did you mean her Tabian Barn, and if so just copies or copy and original. Thanks.

Applying next week Savannakhet in Lao. Sorry to make a new post but comments are off on my other one, thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the necessary documents for applying for a Non-O multi-entry visa in Savannakhet, Laos, specifically asking if a copy of their wife's Tabien Baan (house registration book) is required and whether they need to provide both originals and copies. Comments suggest that a signed copy of the Tabien Baan is necessary, and there are additional queries regarding proof of funds and other requirements.

What about proof of funds 400k?

Or is it only required at IO?

Is 20k at borders still needed?

There hasn't been proof of funds required at Savannakhet for a Non-O based on marriage to a thai for years and years now.

The Mukdahan border is NOT known to ask people for proof of funds when re-entering (BUT they could ask if they wanted to).
