I'm moving from one condo to another in Bangkok and need to do TM.28. Which copies of supporting documents should I have (besides of obvious, like passport, contract, TM.6)? I read somewhere that they request landlord ID, tabien baan and map, same like during yearly extension. Thanks for help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving from one condo to another in Bangkok and filing TM.28, you will need certain supporting documents. Besides your passport, rental contract, and TM.6 form, it is advisable to also have the landlord's ID, the tabien baan (house registration document), and a map of the new residence, as these are often requested, similar to those required for yearly visa extensions.
