TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on obtaining a TM30 form necessary for their marriage visa application, mentioning that they live in their own house with their Thai wife and daughter. Community members provide guidance, indicating that the TM30 can be registered at the immigration office or through a specific website. They emphasize the importance of having the TM30 for any foreigner living in Thailand and suggest that the user address the matter when they visit immigration to apply for their marriage visa.
you need tm30, your tabien baan is a yellow book yes? The house 'master' your wife or maybe you, can register for giving you a tm30 ...register via the tm30 website

Just done it last week at immigration take wife her blue house book her id card register you live there
hi Dave I have my own tabian baan and pink id card does it make any difference do I still need to get tm30 ,as I'm going to immigration on Thursday to apply for my marrige visa ,tm30 is the only document I've not got, cheers
well you're going to be AT the immigration office Thursday WITH your thai wife and all the documents you might need to file a TM30 so just deal with it there and if there's a fine because you didn't file one last time you came back into thailand (when ever that was) you can deal with that at that time too
any foreigner in Thailand must have an active TM30. If you need to be contacted by the Thai government or your own government they need to know where you live.

depends where u live, if own condo you do it yourself, if hotel they do it, if with relatives they do it.
well then you should have a tm30 already, questions will be asked and fines will need to be paid. When I move into my condo, i took my blue book and registered myself there at imm. you should have done the same. What address are you giving for 90 day reports.
