We did the Non O Marriage visa in thailand as Thai man and spanish wife and no financial requierement is needed neither in Bangkok or Mae Hong Son province where we did it. No income proof was needed for her.

Thanks for the responses. We will get marry soon at the amphur. Waiting to get back the translated passport and freedom of marriage stamped from the MFA. Does she need to be in the same tabien baan where I am (yellow book for foreigners) or just a TM30 reported online is good?
