Hi guys - looking for some advice. Current visa is a non-o based on marriage (have to leave country every 90 days) - it runs out mid-june. My 90day bounce by date is May 15th.
I went to Jomtien for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage with all my paperwork. They rejected it as the landlady had only given me a copy of the tabien baan for the shop we rent and not for her home address. I am trying to get hold of my landlady - but I know she is not in Thailand at present.
non-relevant information - When I applied for my tm30 online - I used her details which was ok and when I had my previous visa - I used bluebook / tabien baan which was ok.
The immigration officer was no help and would not answer the question about if i cannot get the tabien baan of my landlady's address.
Can the team advise on what I could do about the missing tabien baan?
regards
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice after being denied a one-year extension of stay based on marriage because their landlady provided only a copy of the Tabien Baan for a commercial property, not the residential address. They are unsure how to proceed as the landlady is currently not in Thailand and are looking for solutions on how to address the absence of the necessary documentation.
