What should I do if I can't obtain the Tabien Baan from my landlady for a Non-O visa extension based on marriage?

Hi guys - looking for some advice. Current visa is a non-o based on marriage (have to leave country every 90 days) - it runs out mid-june. My 90day bounce by date is May 15th.

I went to Jomtien for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage with all my paperwork. They rejected it as the landlady had only given me a copy of the tabien baan for the shop we rent and not for her home address. I am trying to get hold of my landlady - but I know she is not in Thailand at present.

non-relevant information - When I applied for my tm30 online - I used her details which was ok and when I had my previous visa - I used bluebook / tabien baan which was ok.

The immigration officer was no help and would not answer the question about if i cannot get the tabien baan of my landlady's address.

Can the team advise on what I could do about the missing tabien baan?

regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice after being denied a one-year extension of stay based on marriage because their landlady provided only a copy of the Tabien Baan for a commercial property, not the residential address. They are unsure how to proceed as the landlady is currently not in Thailand and are looking for solutions on how to address the absence of the necessary documentation.

Hi all, Many thanks for your responses and advice - have chased the landlady ... from the list I need the Tabien Baan of the Landlady (as she doesn't live in shop/house) as well as the Tabien Baan of the shop/house I rent (which I have) for the extension of stay based on Marriage at Jomtien. I'll let you have an update once done. Also - even though its not on the list - I had to provide colour photos and copies of the photo's of us ....

You rent a shop at one address,

You rent a house at another address,

It make sense that you must register the house address for living and the shop address for working, Not the other way around

, I am NOT doubting you in the least, I am saying that the only way you're gonna get that document is to talk to your landlord and have them give you a copy :(

well, if that's what they want then I'd say you have until when this 90 day stamp expires to get a copy from your land lord :(

I got no idea how you'd get it other than getting a hold of the landlord. I would have called them while you were at the immigration office and let the officer speak to them

Does your TM30 online have the same address as where you live?

why would you need the house book of the home address of the land lord? You usually need the house book of the address where you live

strange request :( usually you just give the land lord's i/d and a copy of the house book where you live.
