Will be applying for a 30 day extension from a 45day exempt in Chiang Mai. My lessor has already completed the TM30 online and I've received a screenshot, will I still need a copy of the address registration? Just to clarify, is the address registration referred to as tabiaan baan?

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 30-day extension in Chiang Mai after a 45-day visa exemption, you don't need a physical copy of the address registration (tabiaan baan) if your lessor has completed the TM30 online and you have a screenshot as proof. The screenshot indicates your registration at the address.

nope, the thai house book (ทะเบียนบ้าน) has nothing to do with "address registration".

What you need for your extension is exactly what you have a screen shot of your data in the TM30 online system. That proves you are "registered" as staying at that address

Be ready you may need to get a 'real' receipt at Immigration first showing your screenshot.

Not sure they do it right now, but some reports said CM did like that a while ago.
