Hi. I am asking for my wife. She is spanish and actually on a visa exempt. We would like to do the marriage visa ( I am thai national ), the tabien baan is in Bangkok. Is possible for her to apply in a different Immigration other than Bangkok? If someone know about any reliable agent that could help with all the paperworks and make it smoother process, that would be really apreciated. Thank you
I have a question regarding the one-year extension based on marriage to a Thai national. I entered Thailand 10 days ago on a non-O visa and I’m currently doing the Phuket Sandbox before heading to Bangkok. The stamp on my passport is until 22 November. I deposited 400,000 baht in my Thai account on 31 August, so on 1 November the money will have been there for the required two months.
My question now is: Is there any rule about when exactly I need to go to the immigration office for the extension (in my case that would be between 1 - 22 November) and do I need to make an appointment for that visit. Also, what documents do I need to bring to the immigration office? I think I can guess most of those but I’m a bit paranoid that I might forget something.
