I have been facing serious legal challenges that have left me feeling trapped and in distress.

Recently, I was involved in a legal matter that resulted in a harsh penalty 1 years prison instead of similar case is just a fine, which I believe was unjust due to multiple violations of my rights throughout the process. I have experienced threats, physical harm, and coercion that have significantly affected my well-being and much more, give me my sentence only after tell me to say no for a lawyer, i said 2 word during the court hearing who take less than 2 min. This is my first offense, and I have a clean criminal record, i paid the fees damages but one of them was know by the judge.

Currently, I have to make appealing the decision, but I am deeply concerned about the possibility of being stuck in Thailand for 6 months to a year without the ability to work or support myself here. This situation is not only financially burdensome but also mentally challenging, as I fear for my safety and psychological well-being. They also dont allowed to me to leave the country i cannot leave there.

I am looking for any advice on how to navigate this situation, particularly:

• Recommendations for legal assistance or NGOs that can help with my case.

• Any contacts or resources within expatriate groups that may provide guidance.

• Suggestions for how to resolve these issues amicably before my appeal.

At KL embassy in June, I got my application for a following visa refused. KL previously issued me one, but they said they had changed their policy.

I'm following my Australian wife on a Non-O visa.

Which nearby embassies are known to be the friendliest for offering Following visas?

I'm awaiting final approval of my LTR visa but the LTR site ([members only]/) has been down at least the last 3 days. Anyone encountering this problem too or know why it's down? Any other way to check on my application status? Thanks 🙏

Hello, is there any kind of immigration appeal center where I can go to sort out my visa issues. The problem is that 2 out of 3 Non O visas were issued with wrong company name in India and the officials at immigration in Bangkok are refusing to help.

Me and my kids arrived last month with the 3 month Non-O Dependant visas. The visas were applied at the Mumbai VFS center where I submitted all documents together. My son's visa contains the right company name whereas my daughter and I have been issued visas in the name of the company which owns the apartment building where we reside. Since the company names are written in Thai we were only made aware of this once we arrived here and submitted our passports for the 1 year extension.

The immigration officials here have told us to speak to the Mumbai embassy and sort it out ourselves. The Mumbai embassy so far is refusing to acknowledge any mistake. My only option at the moment is to go back to India and reapply for a fresh visa for us.

Is there any option for us to convert the visa to the right company name without leaving the country or even appeal to the local Thai officials to correct the mistake made in Mumbai.

Apparently one agency told me Covid extension is not an option for people like me who holds Chinese passport with 15 days visa on arrival?

To solve this problem she said:

for 15 days on arrival, you have to request letter from your Embassy, and we can assist with 30 days extension for of course huge amount of money.

I am literally drop dead. I only need 4 days more. My visa end on June 4th. I just need 4 days more to match my flight on the 8th. Ughhhh
