Hi, I am looking for any answers on applying for the DTV visa with children. I have 2 children and can’t get definitive answers on the amount that has to be shown for kids. I am a US citizen and I homeschool. I’ve heard only 500,000 baht has to be shown for all of us and I’ve seen 500,000 each. Has anyone done this yet? Thanks

If you applied with children dependents, what document did you provide for "Document indicating current location"? On my application, I used my Driver's license for that question because it had my address. My kids don't get mail and their IDs don't have their address on them.

Does someone got approved for the DTV remote worker with dependents spouse and young kids? Do you need to provide a bank statement for family members or the DTV remote worker only? My embassy wasn’t able to give me a clear answer about it. Thanks

Hello, I'm confused and needing advice because I cannot get confirmation from my employer atm.

I'm a teacher and am applying for the e-visa, Non-Imm B, from the UK. I have a 5yr old child who is coming with me. Do I apply for their Non-Imm O visa online beforehand? Is there a section to add their visa onto my profile? When I arrive my employer mentioned they'll need her birth certificate for something to do with my work permit. I'm just so confused at the moment. Thanks! 😊

Need some advice regarding dependents on LTR visa. Would my parents (over 50) be eligible or only spouse and childrens? If they are not eligible, what would be the best visa to get for them once I receive my LTR visa? I qualify under the category of working-from-thailand professionals. Wondering what Brandon Thurkettle would advise.

We need to do our first 90 day Immigration report at the Drive through in Phuket.

Our kids are in school so ED visa for them and through them we are on the guardian ED visa.

Questions:

1) do they need to be with us when doing the report for our whole family?

2) just go with relevant passports or…?

My friend is having a baby soon and will not be renewing her teaching contract in September ? Is it possible to change in country from a Non-B visa extension ( for teaching ) to a Non-O ( dependant ) visa ( following husband who has a Non- B visa extension ) ? Goodmorning. I will be switching from extension of stay based on expat children studying here to retirement in June. I understand my wife can trail on my extension of stay, how about my daughter (17 yo) as her extension of stay based on studying here will expire in June and she will not leave for university before August, can she trail on mine as well? Otherwise I’ll have her fly somewhere and re-enter on no visa required. Thanks
