G,day. I am Gunna apply for a 90 day O visa and get retirement visa. Do I need a exit flight to enter on this visa ?

I tried to apply retirement visa in Thailand. I need your input when my 90 day O visa be started. Up on arrival or when my the time my E visa has been approved?

Is there any benefits or advantages on apply for the 90 day O visa from within Canada before heading to Thailand or is it exactly the same process as just arriving on a regular visa and doing it.

I would also be looking to extend it to a one year from within thailand.

I’m in Bangkok at the moment but will be going Phuket and north Thailand. I heard some are less stringent than others?

I believe I have a few other things in my favour, as I have a married certificate that might help but only photocopy not original. Also Thai driving licence and Bangkok bank account.

Me and my wife are traveling to Thailand in 01/12/2023 on a 90 day O visa . My granddaughter aged 20 decided she would like to come. So I applied for a 90 day O visa for her but was told her paperwork was not in order for a 90 day visa and my application cancelled can I still get her a 30 day on entry

If we get a 90 days o visa, do we need to have the one year extension at the same immigration office, because I am planning to move
