Do I need to report my 90 days when leaving and re-entering Thailand?

If you are not staying continuously 90 days in Thailand then no need to report your 90 days.

I know people who have yearly extensions but due to their travel schedule have NEVER filed a 90 day report in many years because they are not in thailand 90 consecutive days 🙂

There's only 1 correct answer: the counter resets when you re-enter the country. 90 days refers to 90 CONSECUTIVE DAYS IN Thailand.

90 days counting stops when you leave Thailand. It starts again when you enter Thailand again on a relevant status, from day 1 as your arrival day. If you travel often, you may not have to do a 90-day report.

I have a friend who has lived in Thailand for more than 15 years and still has never had a chance to report for 90 days because of his travel schedule.
