Hello all,

I was wondering about 90 days report.

Here are my situtaion, I was reporting through website as usually but didnโ€™t get any answer about the result after 14 days. So I decided to go to immigration but unfortunately earthquake happened. Today has passed the due date of 90 days report but I saw the news that Cheangwattana Building is having an accident occured again today. In this case, the immigration will cause a fine for 90 days report late or not ?

Hope every one stay safe !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about the consequences of late 90-day reporting due to a natural disaster affecting the immigration office. Comments suggest that there is a 7-day grace period for the report, and experiences vary regarding fines, implying that it might depend on the discretion of the immigration officers.

It's the digital equivalent to the old TM6 landing card. It is not a visa.

it's not a visa. It's a digital entry card. You can enter with no visa but the online form is supposed to start in May.

The digital TM6 (arrival form) starting in May for all foreign passports is not the ETA, that is something different which has been delayed indefinitely

no they aren't asking you for a visa. It's an on line entry card with your info on it. Same type of thing you need to go to USA ( ESTA), or many other countries.

Due date + 7 day grace period.

Expect at least 4 hours of your waiting time, especially on Monday.
