TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks urgent help in completing the TM30 form necessary for 90-day reporting in Thailand but encounters issues at the final submission stage. Community comments provide insights, suggesting that the landlord is required to submit the TM30, but tenants can assist if they have the necessary details. The process includes creating an online account, adding address details, and informing about the foreigner’s stay within a specific timeframe. Several users also stress the importance of printing the confirmation within seven days after submission.

It looks like your house is registered so now you just need to inform. You can only download within 7 days of an inform. You need to resubmit your inform info, then you can go to search and you will find the entry.

TM30 online is a 3 step process :

1. Create an account

2. Add an address

3. Add details of foreigner staying

Graham Seal It would be great if that were possible. My landlord still sends the TM30 registration by mail because, as a business, he faces significant bureaucratic hurdles with initial online registration.

If I could do it myself, I’d be happy.

First you do Inform. Then, right after that do Search (

with like a week around today range - it will show you that inform record you just did and there will be an icon to save/print it - that's what you need

after reported, you have only 7 days for printed or search back. The best you can do if you have access to for it report again and immediately print out the page.

Have you just arrived or you trying to complete now for 90 days? You are supposed to complete within 2 days of arriving. The online interface looks different than the paper/mail in version

ExcitingParsnip9856 - you are supposed to register when you first arrived at that residence. You can’t go back 90 days and click that date.

It's the landlord or owner that must do a TM30.

ExcitingParsnip9856 if he's signed up to file the TM30 online and has given you his login details you can do it, but if not you can't. Do you have a lease with a copy of his housebook and Thai ID, you might just be able to use that.
