I applied for the 60 day E-visa and attached what I believe they were asking for. About a week later I received a request for additional documents - some the same as what I originally submitted. The problem is that they are asking for three or four documents but the system only allows one attachment. Has anyone run into this issue. If so, how did you resolve the problem? Thank you.
Answer summary
Many expats are facing challenges while applying for the 60-day E-Visa in Thailand, particularly with the document submission process that allows only one attachment. Users have shared various solutions including merging documents into a single PDF, using tools like ilovepdf or Adobe, and taking photos of required documents bundled together. There are frustrations around the system being overwhelmed and the requirements for high-quality documents. Some users have mentioned their own struggles and failures in the application process, hinting at a potential need for clearer guidelines or support for applicants.

A lot of people struggle to send documents as they are not on computers and phones so end up not going.
I applied today and it instructed me to go to the embassy which is a flight away. I didn't even get to the page where I upload documents. So I have bought a bus ticket to Laos and will extend my visa once there. I am going for 5 weeks and had already bought my ticket before the charge came in.
Lot of people including me are going to have to abort trips
Had an email back 35 minutes ago claiming the system is overloaded perhaps not surpsingly
Thinking about direct to Vietnam ( or indirect) and binning off Thailand for now because when SETV is eventually issued still have 90 days to utilise it
Use a free online jpeg image program that combines the images and send as one document. I've been doing it that way for at least 3 years now. I think this is the last one I used.
They accepted pictures of my power bill, hotel reservations and flight info. My photo was rejected numerous times ( even one from passport photo store) until I took a selfie in front of a white sheet then AI to remove even the sheet and photoshop to crop to correct size. Took 3 days from when I started and less then a day after I uploaded the final photo.
“Thai online e-Visa system does not accept a photo taken of a printed photograph or a low-quality snapshot. You must upload a clear, digital passport-style photo with a white background taken within the last six months. However, you can upload digital receipts or proof of payment (like hotel or flight receipts) as supporting”
Yes, I was approved but husband wasn’t and we applied again last night and combined all files and did what was recommended and today more request for his.
It takes more than one. Just did it. I got confused to at first. Transfer each document. It will show only the first document in the box bit. When you done double click the box all docs will be displayed.
Dave Muir I had this issue. I think I took a screenshot and emailed to myself. Then when asked to save it was given the choice, so picked small. That made it possible. Received Evisa today.
