Thinking of applying for DTV under soft power (muay thai).

A school told me before ppl could get away with just 3 month courses, now 6 is not even enough, hence they offer only 9 month courses .... The school is called FitFac and is quite big. I doubt they would want to scam me like that. Wyt folks?

I did 3 border runs to cambodia. Now want to apply for DTV under soft power / remote work. How high are my approval chances? Should I go for ED visa instead?

Advice pls!

Applied in Vientane 14/5

Paid 14/5

Emailed with interview set for.... 28/5

Anyone else in Vientiane just get shafted?

Is it worth a shot going back in person to the consulate to see if anything can be done?

I've already made bookings hosting my parents for 6 days in Thailand thinking I'd given myself plenty of time from everything I'd read about the Vientiane consulate, and this is... a bit of a clusterf*ck.

Hi everyone! 🥰🥰 I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. I was denied entry to Thailand two weeks ago due to concerns about long-term stays.

However, I’ve just had my DTV visa (workation–freelancer) approved here in Korea. I’m planning to re-enter Thailand next week.

Given the previous denial, is there still a chance I might face issues at the border, even with the DTV visa? Thanks so much in advance! 🙏🏾

When I come to BKK I stay with my fiance; she’s never filed a TM30 but this is different its my first very long stay using the DTV. Does she need to file the TM30?

Maybe wrong place, I apologise if so, but when you apply for a UK passport renewal from VFS Bangkok do they cut the corner as you apply, or after you receive the new one, I have visas for other country's that I need for work purposes in my current passport but I'm running very short on pages.
