 yeah honestly it's all a bit of a mess haha, when I went in there was only one guy in the embassy working, and he was so unimpressed with life. After annoying him for a while he finally got another guy, but basically they know nothing more than we do and just say "go to the website" or "call the number" (which no on picks up, lol).

 click proceed to payment, print the payment thingo and head on down. Good luck 😅

Oh and fyi, spoke with them today and they were just as surprised as I was about the 14 day wait (although not changeable now).

 it might be standard for elsewhere, but the typical time reported here is between 1-4 business days, with the latter because of holidays.
