Hello, based on the visa exempt period of 60 days I purchased our tickets to BKK on 17.12.25 return back to France on the 5.4.26. I reserved a house in Hua Hin for 6 weeks in the beginning and another for 6 weeks at the end in Koh Samui. In between we planned to travel Vietnam. Now I heard that the visa exempt will go back to a 30 day period, has anyone more info about this and what would you suggest for me to do??? It seems several extensions in a year is not advised??? Thank you so much for your advice!

Hey folks.

I’m a DTV holder, coming up to my first 90 days.

About the TM47/90 day notice, I was rejected with the online option due to being first time.

Can this be done at ANY immigration office?

Or does it need to be the office local to

my stated address?

Cheers

I have a couple of questions related to obtaining a 3months Non-Imm.O(marriage visa) in Thai Embassy in Vientiane.

Firstly, after applying through evisa sytem being in Vientiane, will I still need any official applications in paper as it was before to submit to thai Embassy in Vient.,or not?

Secondly, should I make the payment of 2000baht for the visa through the Thai Embassy in Vientiane before applying through evisa and attach that payment to the official evisa application?

Thirdly, How long(how many days) usually it takes for embassy to issue that visa if everything is in order and accepted by the immigration in Thailand?

Fourthly, is the any financial requirement (how many thousands baht) should an applicant has in his Thai banking account ,if any?); and,if this financial proof should be issued by the thai bank or it is enough to attach the copy of the bank book to evisa application?

Furtheremore, I live in Thailand for many years on Non-Imm O visa(marriage visa), but it will be the 1st time when I need to go to Laos to apply for this type of visa using eVisa system, and this is why I ask so many questions.

Kindly let me know with all detailed and current requiremnts.

Thank you so much for any piece of inf.

Hi everyone! I'm here on my second 60-day visa exempt stay. The first time, I visited January - March for 54 days. I came back April 29, and my passport is stamped to exit by June 27. I'd like to extend for an additional 30 days. So I have three questions:

1. Will I have any problems getting the extension?

2. What's the soonest I can go to the immigration office to get the extension - can I go next week or do I have to wait until I'm closer to my exit date?

3. Is there some other way I should go about getting the extension?

Hey all. So I've just got my 2nd non-o extension and want to start the 65k deposit a month process instead of the 800k.

I spoke to an agent who said I need to get a credit advice from my bank to state the transfers every month are from outside Thailand.

I transfer with wise and she couldn't advise if that's ok or not so just wanted to check if anyone has or is currently doing this through wise and not had a issue with this process and if so. How do you go about resolving it.

Cheers

Hi all - I was supposed to be going to Hanoi today to submit my DTV application but delayed last minute because, thanks to the incessant rain in Bangkok, my passport got wet and the ink from one of my stamps has ran through to the next page.

I've previously been denied entry to Vietnam because my photo page was damaged...has anyone got any experienced with smudgey stamps like this?

Thanks!

Can the money in the accounts be distributed on different banks? (maybe 10k on one and 10k on another?)

how about having the money on wise? (or other online banks like mercury)
