After I get the visa, do I need to have an onward ticket out of Thailand in order to board the plane to Kingdom and is an onward ticket out of Thailand is also required for entry into Kingdom by immigration. Thank you all for your attention.

I’m currently working toward the annual renewable Non-Immigrant O (Retirement Extension). I’m already in Thailand, have opened a bank account in my name, deposited the 800,000 THB to begin the seasoning period, and am now dealing with the usual red tape regarding proof of residence.

My question is: What exactly is required for medical insurance?

Is insurance required for this visa type, or is it only mandatory for the Non-Immigrant O-A (Long Stay) visa?

I’m getting conflicting information from online sources, so I’d really appreciate clarification from anyone who has gone through the process.

Hello, I have just applied in Hanoi. When immigration responds asking for additional documents, I am wondering how much time I have to upload them? Obviously, the quicker the better, but I will explain my situation further.

I'm asking specifically about the 3 months of bank statements. Currently, I am only able to show one month with the 500,000 THB requirement. However, if I wait two more days I will be able to get another month of bank statement with the 500,000 THB requirement on December 10th.

I'm assuming if I can show 2/3 months with the 500,000 requirement, it would be better than showing 1/3 months.

I'm applying from phillappines.Im dual citizen,US and phillappineo.Should I show both passports on application?

Does anyone happen to know for certain if a foreigner can be put onto a thai condo chanote by the thai wife during a divorce as the person who will be in control of the condo while on a Dtv? Does the Dtv somehow prohibit the foreigners name being transferred onto the chanote?
