Can a foreigner be put on a Thai condo chanote by their Thai spouse during a divorce while on a DTV visa?

Does anyone happen to know for certain if a foreigner can be put onto a thai condo chanote by the thai wife during a divorce as the person who will be in control of the condo while on a Dtv? Does the Dtv somehow prohibit the foreigners name being transferred onto the chanote?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion highlights the challenges associated with transferring property ownership in Thailand, specifically regarding condos. While some comments suggest that the DTV visa does not impede the ability to be included on a condo chanote, the prevailing rule is that condos cannot be directly transferred from a Thai name to a foreign individual's name due to Thai property laws. Alternative methods like forming a company for ownership were mentioned, but generally, the visa type does not play a crucial role in the process.

A condo can't be transferred from Thai name to Foreign name. You could make a company and get it transferred into that. Your visa type is irrelevant.
