Give me option for Thailand visa where I don't have to exit. One year or plus

Anyone got any recommendations for the gym that offers the cheapest endorsement for the Muay Thai DTV visa please?

Or if not what is the cheapest way around getting endorsed for any Muay Thai/ educational way?

Today I applied for my first extension non o and is stamped to the 12th July. Is this a normal length of time to wait on the under consideration?

Does anyone have experience with translation agencies located near the U.S. embassy? There are several at the Mahatun Plaza at 886 Ploenchit Road, but two closer to the embassy at GPF Wittayu Tower and All Seasons Place. I need to have an official affidavit from the U.S. embassy translated and stamped appropriately. Thanks.

On 6 June 2024 the IO here in Chiang Mai granted me an extension of stay based on the Non - O over 50 (retirement) visa using the international bank transfer of 800,000 baht. The expiry date ends on July 2 2025 (in effect 13 months according to the stamps in my passport).

The next extension of stay will be applied for and based on the monthly income method of 65,000 baht minimum international bank transfer every month for 12 months.

Question:-

Do the 12 x monthly statements run from:-

1) June 2024 to May 2025 inclusive (12 months);

2) July 2024 to June 2025 inclusive (12 months);

3) June 2024 to June 2025 inclusive (13 months).

I currently reside in the US and I finally secured health insurance to meet the visa requirements.

I know this sounds like an idiotic question but I’m going to ask anyway. What is the easiest way to wire funds directly to the insurance company’s United Overseas Bank (UOB) account?

I have attempted to use Western Union, Wise, and even looked into international wires on my credit union website with no success.

Wise doesn’t list UOB. Western Union errors out citing the need for a BIC/Swift code. And I didn’t see the option to wire funds internationally for any of my 4 credit unions. Its late so Im sure I am overlooking something.

Any suggestions? TIA

Hi, we are aiming to stay up to 180 days a year in Thailand. At the moment it's 3 to 4 months. Married, have land and house and yellow book and bank account with sufficient funds. If I go for retirement visa, can I stay out of the country for the other 6 months? Or would you recommend another visa.

Dear all, another quick question if I may. I'm completing the evisa application and it asks for my occupation. I automatically stated my current role but I'm retiring before our planned arrival date in Thailand and plan to apply for a retirement visa once we complete the paper chase. Should I put retired on mine and my wife's applications? The supporting bank statements will show a monthly income at the time of application. As ever, thanks in advance for your advice.

What kind of fees does that entail? Is it easy?

And is it worth it to just get the lower 3 year rate vs having it reset to MRR?

Also what about switching banks vs staying with the same bank? Is that possible?
