I currently reside in the US and I finally secured health insurance to meet the visa requirements.
I know this sounds like an idiotic question but I’m going to ask anyway. What is the easiest way to wire funds directly to the insurance company’s United Overseas Bank (UOB) account?
I have attempted to use Western Union, Wise, and even looked into international wires on my credit union website with no success.
Wise doesn’t list UOB. Western Union errors out citing the need for a BIC/Swift code. And I didn’t see the option to wire funds internationally for any of my 4 credit unions. Its late so Im sure I am overlooking something.
Any suggestions? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the best method to wire funds to their health insurance provider's account at United Overseas Bank (UOB) in Thailand. They have faced difficulties using services like Western Union and Wise. Comments suggest various solutions such as using Wise if the provider has an account there, recommending direct contact with the insurance company for payment options, and highlighting the need for the correct SWIFT code for bank transfers.
I requested the code and attempted Western Union again. Western Union gives me the swift alert error but there is no field to include the swift code. Nonsensical to me! I will reach out to them and inquire about a link for credit card payment.
Yes, my insurance company sent me exact instructions on how to transfer from USA (swift code etc) and link to directions to transfer from your credit card.
I had to email several addresses before getting all info needed. I had to ask for specific country bank being used for transfer and insurance company bank transfer... name, account #, swift code etc.
I downloaded Wise hoping I cud use it. Neither of their banks are appear in the wise app. After reading the feedback here. I have reached out to them for resolution.
