Given that most are all at the same price, is it possible I could get them down on the listed cost? It seems there is a lot of availability with little demand... And in most markets that should mean a possible discount...

* I wanna live by the sea

I got my visa last month, and arrived in Bangkok 17th October.

I have tried asking at a few banks about opening an account and all have told me I need a work permit. I think this is not entirely true, as I know a few people on a retirement visa who have opened accounts.

Any tips on which banks or branches will open an account, and what is needed.

Hi, anyone got their dtv visa approved from new delhi or india, pleaee share your experience and the docs you submitted to support your application. Also, did you show 10l balance or 500000 bht, and were the funds seasoned ie had this balance for a continuous period of 6 months. Thanks in advance ☺️
