I’m a DTV holder and also a legal guardian of my 16 year old brother in law. Not adopted but legal guardian.

Does anyone know if he can get a DTV as well?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post asks whether a 16-year-old brother-in-law, who is under legal guardianship, can obtain a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand. Comments indicate that he would not be eligible as a dependent under the current visa regulations unless he is adopted.

Most probably not unless you adopted him as your child.

Participante anónimo it's supposed to be for children or spouses, and he's neither of those, but still you will need to check with the Thai Embassy with jurisdiction over the place you'd try to apply.
