ORIGINAL POSTERIf I have a one year multi entry non imm O based on marriage to a Thai, is it possible to get an extension of stay based on supporting my half Thai children?
As well as being the father on the birth certificates and them all having my name I also have the documents from the courts naming me as a legal guardian.
If it possible what are the requirements for the extension? Banked money etc.
