Im in a retirement visa up here in Chiangmai. My annual renewal date is december 12. I do the actual renewal 2-3 weeks before. The question is. What date is used for the 800.000 to be in the account 3 month ? .. is the "visa date" or the actual date when you do the renewal ?.. wkr Henrik

She has left Australia for one month over Christmas

However when her one year visa was granted a note was placed in her Passport to report on the 29/1.

Given she has not spent 90 days in. A row in Thailand. Does it become 90 days after she returned in January?

Hi guys, if I enter on a visa exempt since it’s 60 days now and no point applying for a single enter tourist visa, do I have to show accomodation for my whole trip to the IO? if I book for a few days or a week, is that okay or would they question why i havent only got accomodation booked for my whole stay? I'm planning to apply in HCMC under workcation. I work for a well known global company based in the US, the business is similar to Agoda. I'm looking for some advice regarding the necessary work documents. I’m concerned about the wording in my company letter regarding "work from home" arrangements. While it mentions working from home, it doesn’t explicitly state that I can work "remotely" but on my employee profile my location is shown as 'REMOTE-USA'.

Additionally, our HR team couldn’t provide a business registration certificate but directed me to the Secretary of State website for alternative documentation. Below is a list of the documents I plan to provide—do you think I might encounter any issues? Is there anything I should include or exclude? Thank you in advance.

1. The companies initial filing and our name change amendment form as a substitute for the business registration certificate.

2. A Work-from-Home Authorization Letter confirming that I am permitted to work from home in accordance with company policies.

3. An Employment Verification Letter confirming my full-time status, job title, and the date of my most recent paycheck.

4. A screenshot of my employee profile that shows the organization I work under, the team I belong to, my manager, hire date, my length of service, and my location listed as "REMOTE-USA".

5. Latest pay-slips (3 months).

I'm flying to Vietnam to get a DTV visa at the end of the month. It turns out there's a holiday there and the embassy is closed. How much will this affect the online visa issuance?

I am looking for some clarity on the application process for a DTV visa (the remote worker one, based in Thailand working for a company outside of Thailand). If someone was already in Thailand on the 60 day visa exempt, could they travel to a neighbouring country after the 60 days and apply for the DTV visa from there? Say Vietnam for example. Or does it have to be applied for from their home country (in this case the UK)?

Also can the 60 day visa exempt be extended at an immigration office for 1,900 THB for another 30 days (90 in total) or is 60 days the max?
