Do I need to have all the documents I have translated into English certified when submitting my DTV visa application?

Hello. I have a question about TM30form. My landlord put the wrong date on the check in date and for some reasons, she is saying she cannot resubmit the form. (I read online, you can resubmit the form with corrected date. This is my first time coming to Thailand, so I don't know) She supposedly called the immigration office and asked if she can resubmit the form and if I'll have problem with the 90 days report if the date is wrong. She told me that I'll have no problem. Is this correct? Or I'm going to have problem?

I’m looking to get a DTV or Smart Visa. I have an old passport and need to get a new one. Would I not qualify cause my new passport is too new? I own a digital web development company.

Hello, I am trying to find a long stay condo, I see agents here ask for a booking fee which is first month rent without getting any contract signed or other paper. Also, two different agents, one asked that this booking fee to be transferred to the owner directly and the other asked to send it to the agency bank account.

It is very strange to me to transfer money without any confirmation, anyone some advice here? 🙏

I'm getting started as a freelancer and I have about 700,000 Baht in the bank. Do you think if I have a registered business, portfolio, website, but not much freelance income, I would be denied the DTV for the freelance path? Or should I go the soft power route?

I applied in Nepal embassy monday 17th.. application status went to “processing, pending approval” same day..

it is now 20th Thursday.

I have my fingers crossed- I see for some people it’s taken a few days and for others it’s been a few weeks..

visited a couple of banks and it seems that it’s impossible to get a bank account with a holding DTV now. the staff mentioned they are much stricter and only with a letter of employment / retirement visa are you allowed to open an account

not sure if anyone had any success?

DRIVER'S LICENSE ON DTV

Hi friends, has anyone been able to secure a resident certificate from their embassy on DTV to apply for driver's license as this is one of the main documents required?

Everyone recommended an app to convert documents to PDF.

I installed it but its disappeared.

Anyone know the name ?

Going back and forth on using an agent vs doing it myself. I have everything I need but the money back guarantee the agent provides sounds really nice and her approval rate is reassuring. But I don't know if the extra cost is necessary.
