My passport has about 2 years validity left in it.

If i get a 5 year SP visa and it needs to get transferred to the new passport, will I encounter problems with immigration and proof of enrollment in a course ?

Hi everyone, I have a question about the DTV visa.

Right now, I’m holding a Non-B visa but I plan to quit my current job and switch to a DTV early next year.

👉 My concerns are:

• Could my history of having a Non-B visa be a red flag when applying for DTV ?

• What documents should I prepare if I want to apply under freelance/remote work? (I have some overseas transactions since I do some freelance tasks at my free time, but they’re not monthly. Would that be acceptable?)

• For bank statements: 3 months of stable statements from Thai bank. Would that be enough?

If anyone has gone through a similar situation or has switched from Non-B to DTV, I’d really appreciate your advice or review. Thankss🙏

Im about to apply for a non o marriage E visa at the Sydney consulate as I return to bkk on the 30th Oct.

I want to use my savings account bank statement which shows ample funds but the latest bank statement available to me is dated to 3 July ie over three months ago.

They want the last three months statements.

I could get a Statement of account showing the current balance from my local branch showing ample funds but it won't detail the three months only today's balance .

Do I supply the statement up to 3 July and this current bank statement ?

Thanks again for your help

Hi, I got the DTV with a flight ticket that now I will need to extend. Should I inform the Thai authorities that I will stay 4 months instead of 1 as planned when I applied for the visa?

Or am I fine until the 90 day report thing?

Can I get a workcation DTV if I have been living in Thailand for 3+ years?

I have a Non B but considering switching to the DTV next time I am back in the UK, but I have some concerns about being asked for additional paperwork, such as:

• Tax returns

• Proof of residence

• Payslips

I can provide all of these, but they would be Thai documents. I'm guessing this would be an issue, and possibly a red flag that I have a history of working in Thailand with a Non B?

I can provide all of the standard documents - corporation certification, letter from company, 500k in a UK account (can provide proof of address in home country with this).
