Hello guys, What’s the longest time it usually takes to get DTV approved in Cambodia? Mine has been pending for 20 days and still hasn’t been approved.

Looking for some advice on the marriage visa

I always see people asking about the 400k in a Thai bank account, but I also saw there is an option to have a stable income of 40k+ equivalent deposited in a foreign account monthly over a twelve month period. Has anyone ever gone this route instead? Is there anything else I should know about? This would be my preferred route, especially since all the trouble with the Thai banks recently and having 400k locked away that I can’t touch.

Question for UK expats re bank accounts. Anyone have any issues using their UK accounts while living in Thailand?

the question is my passport runs out in september and i will be applying for a 1 year extension in march/april, is it easy to transfer my extension to a new passport or would it be better to get a new passport now

Hello.

I'm in bit of a tricky situation, I applied for a DTV Visa (Remote Worker) at the HCMC, Vietnam Embassy.

Now there was an additional document request and after that its been on "Pending Approval" since last monday.

Now problem is my vietnam visa expires on 5th November, now im hoping somehow miraculously it gets approved before my visa expires, but if not what is my best choice?

1) Overstay few days? And pay the fine

2) Fly back to another country and stay there

3) Do a visa run, go to laos and come back to vietnam with a new visa

Assume im not in vietnam, will my DTV visa get cancelled? (Or is that only if i enter thailand)

And yes i have tried emailing, messaging, calling the embassy regarding my situation few days ago but havent gotten a response yet.

Hi, I’ve got a question. Can I travel around the country while my visa’s still being processed? I applied using a hotel in Phnom Penh, but I’ll be checking out soon and want to go to Siem Reap. Thanks in advance.
