Do both parents need to be present for the 90-day report in Thailand, and can an agent handle it for us?

Hi. I need to do DTV 90day report beginning of January for me, my husband and two babies. We are staying near central world in Bangkok. I was told by an agent that it takes about 2-4 hours depending on how many people are there. The address I was given is like 55 minutes from where I stay by car. I was also told my husband and I have to go but two babies don’t have to we just need to explain why they aren’t there. Can anyone help confirm if any of this is true or false info. I would prefer to leave my babies at home if it’s possible. Or is there an agent who can go and do it for my family?

TLDR : Answer Summary
For the 90-day reporting in Thailand, it is confirmed that not everyone needs to be present. Only one person needs to go in for the report, while the rest, including babies, can stay home. An agent can handle the paperwork for you, which saves time and hassle. It is also possible to conduct the 90-day report at any immigration office in Thailand, not just the one tied to your registered address.

1 person must go each 90 days to check in. You can't do the online, I'm sure an agent can solve your problem and check in everyone.

actually, you can do the 90-days report on ANY Immigration inside Thailand - where ever you stay and where you are registered as staying in this accomodation by the TM30 registration. . . . . it can be a hotel, a resort, a guesthouse, a friend's place . . . .

Hire an agent to handle it for you so you don’t have to wait in line or deal with the paperwork yourself. I usually pay around 1000 baht in Bangkok for an agent. I’m sure there’s a cheaper agent and it saves me a huge amount of time and hassle.

Not everyone needs to go. 90 day reporting only requires the passport and the completed form. The person for the report is not required. Anyone can do it for you.

The agent who runs this group offers a 90 day reporting service. Check the pinned posts.
