Hello,
Has any of you recently applied (in-country) non-o extension using Bangkok Bank account? One of the agents told me last week that Immigration officer would not approve the application if your funds were with Bangkok Bank. Not sure whether true or not! Please share your experience. Thank you!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around concerns about using a Bangkok Bank account for applying for a NON-O visa extension in Thailand. Several users shared their positive experiences, stating that immigration does not discriminate against the type of bank used. There are suggestions that the misinformation might stem from challenges faced by agents, rather than any actual policy from immigration. Overall, most responses affirm that using Bangkok Bank for visa extensions remains feasible.
