took my passport my 60 day visa stamp my thai gf and went to bangkok bank who opened my account. now i can scan to pay and it amazes the locals when i do it to pay for food and merchandise

at least 24 hours but dont return to Don M airport. their Immigration has problems with visa runners

thats the only airport hassling us frequent visitors.. many many people report same issue.. wonder if its the same official.. or its just a blanket policy at that airport

not all banks same. bangkok bank opened my account tourist visa the 30 day one.

boa does free wire transfers for me. also you can just use atms if you have a charles schwab account they refund your atm fees each month..

also bank of bangkok has a us location in new york city..
