The problem is that a one week cooking course might be ok. Who knows??? I mean how can one have a 5 year student visa anyway??? My God, a half decent student finishes their PhD and their first job in 5 years. Or qualifies as a doctor at Stanford or Oxford. But perhaps this visa is for dropouts. More likely for those doing multiple one week courses with lotsa $$$ to drop into the economy. That’s what any visa is about anyway. My bet is that most people coming to Thailand to do short cooking courses are perfect candidates. Probably travel first class on Thai Airways too. Come to think, I should tell my sister to get one of these visas. She’d stay at 6000b a night hotels for months on end and express amazement at how cheap they are!
Have you ever Ben abroad, or lived abroad, or been a visitor to Thailand? Your questions are a waste of your time and that of everyone else’s. Please take a month long trip to Thailand. Preferably several. .
