Check the facts before buying anything!

Very unlikely that you are required to have an insurance to enter Thailand !

Did you check with the local travel agents wether those ferries are actually operating at the moment?

Very unlikely to find an ATM which supplies USD.

But every bank or money changer will help you to change your £.

It's just going to be a very bad exchange rate because they will first change your £ to THB and then THB to USD.

I have two different passports from different countries which I use randomly while traveling in SEA.

I've sometimes been asked about my second passport both by Malaysian and Thai immigration; never been a problem but they can of course match those passports in their database .

Who told you that there has ever been such a policy???!!

Depends totally on the number of international flights arriving at the same time and the number of immigration officers working.

Can be everything in between 20 minutes and several hours.

Those flights are operating as charter flights mainly for Thai tourist groups who want to visit Georgia.

They can only be booked from a tourist agency and not online from AirAsia.

Question has been asked many times before and it seems that there is no definite answer.

All e-visa are reviewed and granted by the respective embassy of your home country and it looks like that different embassies decide differently.

You have to upload a flight ticket to Thailand which you of course can buy and cancel but still no guarantee that just your embassy will grant you a visa.

Is it really worth the hassle when you can easily get 45 days visa exemption which you can extend for further 30 days in country?
