my apartment is 9000 baht and it’s serviced and modern and has a roof top pool and gym. Idk what you’re talking about. Can find something decent for 7000 easily, especially if you have a local friend/GF to do the talking for you.
The extension is easy, just a little intimidating at first. And for those who want their full 180 days in Thailand per year, as you can only enter it twice in one calendar year on the exemption list. Doing 2, 60 day trips then takes away 60 days from you in Thailand.
Note, you can’t extend early on, so extend as close to the end of your 60 days as possible, and do it at the immigration office that your hotel is in, your hotel will have to get some paper work for you.
