well the hotel sent me my confirmation but some of the spots weren’t filled out, like my passport number but I submitted it anyway and my Agoda confirmation and got my Thai pass last night.
At least over the phone you can ask questions and initiate even if it’s finished through email
I booked through Agoda, first hotel was prompt but I wasn’t satisfied, cancelled and rebooked and didn’t get an email for almost 24 hours….likely they are a bit swamped and also +12 hours probably didn’t do me any favors.
By the sounds of it I would just start making phone calls to the hotels directly
I had mine ask for this and insisted it was policy, which I responded according the embassies and there own Department of Disease Control this is not the case, I rebooked anyway but apparently there was some internal confusion about arrival vs departure wording. Earlier in the year some hotels were actually wanting pre arrival so I read the details on coming back.
