Hi there, I applied for Thai pass on the 1st Nov and did receive email back saying I would here within 7 working days. Not received the pass as yet and my hotel accommodation was booked in Bangkok for tomorrow. Am I reading correctly there is a 72 hour window if my Thai pass still comes through today. After that do I have to reapply for the pass and get the hotel to email me another booking date to download again. Feel so stressed so looking forward to seeing my grandson.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for the Thai pass on November 1st and was informed they would receive it within seven working days; however, they have not yet received it and are concerned about their hotel booking in Bangkok for tomorrow. They inquire about the 72-hour window for traveling and whether they need to reapply for the pass if it doesn’t arrive in time. The comments suggest several actions, including trying escalation contacts, reaching out to Thai consulates, and considering the date of their hotel booking, indicating varying experiences and advice related to the Thai pass approval process.
Thank you for your reply. If you mean all the telephone numbers yes I have tried them all. Some of the numbers rang but just had recorded messages in thai. I will just have to reapply and change the hotel booking. Its crazy because I don't know what date to change the booking for because there is no guarantee when the Thai pass will be granted. Thank you for your reply though.
no kidding right . wtf. it would be so simple if they refused the application on applying whilst on the site. Like oh oh that's the wrong photo or number. Instead it's just send it in and wait. So backwards.
Did you try any of the escalation contact methods?
The old COE had wording that said it was good for up to 72 hours past the issue date if the airline had a cancellation or delay, but if you're the one who changed it you would have to get a new one.
