All health insurances cover Covid. It's a disease like the others. The good news is that the Thai authorities don't ask it to be mentioned in the certificate since Nov 1st.

I used Insubuy for my TR visa,not sure how that differs from OA but I paid $190 for 160 days

Just be aware if you go cheaper international options they might not cover asymptomatic quarantine
