A TR60+30, with a VE for 30+30 for a total of 150 days, which is the amount he is asking about

METV would probably be the best bet, otherwise a TR60 +30 ext, and a border bounce to enter VE 30 +30 would be 150 days

except it’s not between krabi and phuket, Yao Noi and Yai aren’t as “beautiful” but great islands and a lot less touristed than nearby islands
