yes road full of idiots with no training & unroadworthy vehicle & no rider protective equipment ie helmets. So if you cover up have a helmet as well as experience you have a fighting chance

Is it safe to send a bank card via regular mail to Thailand?

Yes my sister forwarded mine by recorded mail & actually wrote bank card on declaration slip on envelope. Which I guess this end not so scary as most can’t read it
