Thai authorities have been very easy going. If you are non symptomatic, they'll advise you to self isolate. They'll even give you free medications, a digital thermometer and an oxygen meter, all free. But it's not necessary to report if you are non symptomatic and don't need or don't want the free goodies

What Covid insurance documentation do my parents need for entry into Thailand?

You need to submit a signed document with official letterhead that shows worldwide Covid coverage, the amount, your name, passport number and renewal/expiry date. Contact your insurance, they'll issue it. Mine did within half a day.

Relax. Departure card is not needed, you can just grab a new one at the airport when you leave. The TM6 number in all online applications is optional.
