I was directed to my local office (Surat) to present my papers, (insurance, address, $$, passport etc) and was shown papers ref bank balance, expenditure schedule, 90 day reporting).

my experience a few years ago: Sydney said no need to transfer the $$ .. on arrival in TL, immigration said .. transfer the $$ 😵‍💫
