 yes thanks, but I don’t seem to be able to get an appointment 😵‍💫.. no answer on the phone .. is your experience in the last couple of weeks ?

 no we haven't applied for a visa for 2 years now, but I recall the appointments were all booked online. Correct no one answers the phone

Consider the fact that they do not pick up the phone, just show up and say it was impossible for you to get an appointment because nobody picked up the phone.
