Can anyone comment about getting a non-O retirement visa in Hong Kong recently? (Australian passport),

Papers required, cost, waiting time etc..

I deleted my original response to you, because I thought I was wrong. BUT... according to a post by Ron Angel on November 12th, it appears they *MAY* be requiring a person to be a bonafide Hong Kong residents (i.e. those with an ID card).
