I wouldn't think so, there has been specific issues with regards to transfers to Thailand surrounding money immigration must see coming in as a foreign transfer, although not everybody uses TransferWise for that purpose. I'm thinking it highlights the transfer reason to them to ensure it goes directly to the recipients bank and not through another receiving bank.
Roger Lorton if you download the receipts from TransferWise, it shows where the money was initially transferred too i.e kasikorn first then bangkok bank or the other way round. All you need to do is get your UK bank statements to show payment to TransferWise and the dates should correlate, this should satisfy immigration
