TLDR : Answer Summary
Many users are experiencing delays in receiving approval for the TM30 immigration app, with some suggesting it may take 6-8 weeks. Others have had quicker success, receiving approval within days. Concerns regarding the app's functionality and the acknowledgment of submitted reports have been raised, along with discussions about different apps available for immigration reporting, such as the TM30 and 90-day reporting apps. Issues with email confirmations and app accessibility for iOS users have also been noted.

you REGISTER to use the application, they send you a "confirm your email" email, THEN they send you a user name and temporary password. You log into the system change your password THEN you can start using the online TM30 system to register people at your address

right remember ACCESSING the application and actually being able to have a user name and a password to USE the application to register someone on the TM30 online system are two completely different things.

unless I'm mistaken, it's actually not out yet for iPhone. even if you scan the bar code for it out at immigrations you get that too.

Some students up at my Uni in BKK have reported that the response email has gone straight to spam/junk? Might be worth checking there.

cheers, there is an initial response email asking to confirm email address, it then informs you on the app that it will be resolved in 7 working days

there are thousands of people who are waiting for a user name and temporary password from the online system. I would say it'll take 6-8 weeks minimum.

It's said 7 working days on their website. I guess they are swamped by attached documents.
